I have an itchy red rash underneath and in between my breast for the past 3 weeks? - rash underneath breast

I have a red rash, itching, under and between my breasts, I went to my gynecologist and told me it had voted against moisture and use an antifungal cream, I have 2 types of the last 2 weeks and does not help ... nothing goes away. Has anyone suggestions on what I can do at home or back to my doctor?
