If I'm looking for a package that gives me 1000 free minutes and 1000 free texts, and then to Greece, if I call someone in Greece, as a cell phone, the price of my first call from my free minutes? and if so, is 1:1

What happens if my friend from Greece sounds or noises, like someone from London?
