Repairing A Plastic Garden Tub In Mobile Home Is It Possible To Repair A Crack In A Plastic Garden Tub In A Mobile Home??

Is it possible to repair a crack in a plastic Garden tub in a mobile home?? - repairing a plastic garden tub in mobile home

Apparently the previous owner of our motorhome had a problem with something in the trailer (leaky faucets, etc.) and began providing support in the context of the garden tub in master bath. I noticed what looked like a hair one day, while cleaning the bathtub and noticed that he was a hair that is a crack!
The crack is only one centimeter long and is still attached, so I do not think that it escapes a lot to all, if one or other side is pressed down. In any case, a hole or so, and we still use the tub, but we remain cautiously away from the crack on the bottom, about 4 inches from absconding.
We are thinking about going under the trailer for this summer, "bottom" of things, but I need to know if there is a way to clear the jump without replacing the entire bathtub. There is no way we can afford it ..

Yes, you can store in the hardware. It is an epoxy patching compound. It is very expensive. 9 or $ 10. Pass with different names, but I am open to patch vinyl.

I recommend going well with the aforementioned resin or fiberglass. You can not put more spots on the floor when it is available, and only a small amount on the bathroom looked as comfortable as possible.
I output of glass fibers in a hot bath with success.
You can buy a business for auto glass fibers, but the smoke, gently place your application. Do you have good ventilation or wear a respirator for organic gases.
The patch of fiberglass would last longer than epoxy seems to weaken with time.
